Founder & CEO
The notion for what is now known as Gondola Skate came as Frank was working with Rite Aid as their preferred Architect, one of the largest drugstore chains in the United States, during its 1997 acquisition of Thrifty Payless. To accommodate a new store layout, the retail chain needed a solution for moving fully loaded shelving units. Twenty one years later, this single idea has developed into one of the largest solution providers for fixture mobilization in the world.
Co-Founder & Vice President
Prior to becoming a co-founder of Gondola Skate, Gerry had a history of passionate product development and manufacturing experience. He began his career creating complex products and machines on the drawing board, well before CAD systems were widely used. As CAD evolved, Gerry was consumed by the technology and was part of the first notable wave of 3D solid model design engineers. Add world class engineering standards and documentation with proprietary software and system design, and you have Gerry’s contribution to company.
